Write a plan that fits on one page: who pays, for what, and what it costs you.
Use six headings: customer, problem, offer, price, cost to deliver, and how they will hear about it. If a heading takes more than four lines, you are writing a pitch, not a plan.
The plan is a hypothesis. The test is ten conversations or ten offers, not a new logo. Write down what would make you stop.
Write the cost to deliver one sale and the number of sales that pay your minimum month. If that number is fantasy, the offer is fantasy. Change the offer before you print business cards.
Leave out vision statements, market size copied from a report you did not read, and a five-year headcount. They do not change this month's work.
The rest of the guide, and the other files, stay in the download.
