Price and cancel
Price it so that eight people pay for your day, including preparation. Write the cancel date. If you do not reach the minimum, you cancel on that date and refund. Do not slide the date in secret.
After
Send the files the same day. Ask one question: what will you use first? Their answers are the next session, or the reason not to run one.
